Accessing Email and Calendar

Outlook Web Access - Access your UMKC email on the web by signing in with your UMKC Username@umsystem.edu and password.
Outlook app configuration on mobile devices - Access your UMKC email on a mobile device.
Outlook configuration for desktop - Access your UMKC email on a desktop computer.

Personalize Account - By default, your email address is set to your UMKC username@zagzz.com. You can choose one additional email address based on your name to add to your mailbox. Sign in with your UMKC username and password and choose Personalize Email.
Your mailbox has a total size limit of 25 GB. Once you reach this limit, you will be prohibited from sending and receiving email.
Guidelines For Cleaning Out Your .PST and Your Mailbox
Individual messages have a limit of 35 MB. This limit includes the message and any attachments. Messages over 35 MB will not be sent. NOTE: External recipients may have smaller limits that may prevent delivery.
